Ultimate Move Experience!
We have used Roddie as our real estate agent for our last two moves and cannot recommend him enough. Roddie offers a lot more than normal realtors. Right from the beginning, he talked us through what the market is at right now and what he thought we should get for our house. We ended up getting more than we had thought due to Roddie's knowledge of the current market. Once we sold Roddie took care of the entire moving package. He organized a professional company to come in and pack our entire house from top to bottom. We were able to live in the house up until two days before our move without having to worry about packing or needing to use something that was already packed away. The morning that the packers came I washed up the last of our dishes and put them away in the cupboard ready for the packers. The packers were amazing. They were incredibly professional and happy. They packed everything very carefully and efficiently. It was awesome coming in at the end of the day to a fully packed house. He also organized a professional company to move our house. They have been fantastic as well. Again we haven't had to do anything. Once the movers were done a cleaning crew came in to clean the entire house from top to bottom for the buyers (including inside the appliances). All of the above is included in Roddie's Ultimate Move Experience. I cannot recommend Roddie and this package enough. Moving is incredibly stressful but not nearly as stressful without all these services!
